Our Approach
The Challenge We Solve
Healthcare systems generate vast amounts of data and implementation experience, yet much of this knowledge remains fragmented, undocumented, or inaccessible. Without systematic management, lessons from QI initiatives and community feedback fail to inform future practice.
LCQM serves as the institutional memory for quality improvement across the health system. We systematically capture, organise, and make accessible knowledge from implementation — ensuring valuable experience is preserved, analysed, and available for the future.
Our knowledge management systems transform implementation experience into actionable insights that inform policy, strengthen practice, and accelerate the spread of effective interventions.
Digital Infrastructure
Building Institutional Memory
Through systematic knowledge management, every quality improvement initiative contributes to a growing body of practical knowledge. LCQM’s bespoke DHIS2 QI Tracker enables 124 health facilities to report QI data in real-time — turning scattered efforts into a national learning system.
Our systems make it possible to learn from what works, understand why interventions succeed or fail in different contexts, and continuously refine approaches based on field evidence.
